Welcome to Mrs. Mac’s History.

Mrs. Mac’s History has one objective, to share my love of history with others. I realize that for a majority of individuals history has been a love or hate relationship. I feel that in some ways this is because of the way the subject of history has been taught in schools. After twelve years of listening to primarily the same repetitive story, it does become mundane. However, if we take that story and lay it over specific interests it takes a whole new context. Therefore this website will present history through a more precise lens, introducing specific events, people, places, and objects of interest.
